Happy Canada Day!

July 1st is one of my favourite days of the year. We can all celebrate this fantastic country in which we live. Whether you were born here or have moved here from afar…it’s a time to embrace all things “Canada”. Put on your red and white and go out with friends and family to have some fun. It doesn’t matter what community you are in…there is something to do, and it’s all FREE!

Canada Place right downtown Vancouver has a lineup of music and entertainment that starts first thing in the morning and finishes up with fireworks at 10:30. I recommend the SkyTrain to get there.

Coquitlam Centre has events from noon until their fireworks at 10:30 as well. Parking is free at Gleneagle School with free shuttle to the heart of the action.

Surrey also has stellar entertainment out at 176th and 64th starting at 10:00 in the morning until their fireworks at 10:30.

Which one am I going to? I don’t know yet. Pressure is on from my friends for me to have a backyard party and BBQ. I’ll sort it out soon.

Whatever you choose to do…have a safe and fantastic time. I look forward to speaking with you very soon…and of course…if you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell real estate… I’m a phone call away!
